L’Oréal Groupe appoints new president of North American consumer products division

Christina Fair will be taking over the position, succeeding Nathalie Gerschtein.

L’Oréal Groupe has named a new president of the consumer products division, CPD, for the North American zone. 

Christina (Tina) Fair will be taking over the position, reporting to David Greenberg, the CEO of L’Oréal USA and president of the North American zone, as well as Alexis Perakis-Valat, the president of the consumer products division at the L’Oréal Groupe. 

Fair has served as president of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, LDB, in the North American region. In this position, she oversaw the CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, SkinCeuticals, Skinbetter Science and Vichy brands.

"I'm thrilled that Tina will now be taking the helm of our Consumer Products Division and our extraordinary portfolio of Consumer Division beauty brands, including L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, Garnier, Essie, and NYX Professional Makeup," said David Greenberg, CEO of L'Oréal USA and president of the North America Zone. "I have seen Tina step change every business she has run as we have witnessed with the Dermatological Beauty Division under Tina's leadership. Her strategic vision, bold decision-making, and entrepreneurial mindset position her and the Division for continued success."

Fair succeeds Nathalie Gerschtein, who has decided to open a new chapter of her professional life outside the L'Oréal Groupe.
