L’Oréal Groupe appoints president of North American Dermatological Beauty Division
L’Oréal Groupe has elected Damien Favre to serve as the president of its Dermatological Beauty Division for the North America zone.
Favre previously served a four-year tenure leading the Consumer Products Division in the Latin America zone. Throughout that time, he helped the company double its net sales and expand the portfolio’s brand image in the fast-growing department.

“Damien Favre's impressive track record of driving growth, building brands, navigating complex market dynamics, and fostering a culture of high performance make him ideally positioned to lead L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in North America as the Division continues to evolve,” said David Greenberg, CEO of L'Oréal USA and president of the North America Zone. “Damien’s dedication to driving innovation will undoubtedly fuel the Division to continue to deliver dermatological solutions that consumers need.”
Since 2005, Favre has been with the company, holding several positions including Garnier’s marketing director for Western Europe, Garnier’s general manager in Italy and CPD general manager in Argentina.
Favre will succeed Christina Fair, who was named president of the consumer products division for L’Oréal’s North American region.
