  • Jelly Belly mixes nostalgic with modern in latest addition

    FAIRFIELD, Calif. — Jelly Belly Candy Co. on Wednesday announced a package of seasonal flavors. Consumers will now be able to revisit holiday favorites like Pumpkin Pie, Cranberry Sauce, Hot Chocolate, Egg Nog and Candy Cane.

    The new Holiday Favorites collection marks the first time these flavors will be packaged and available together. The menu is a mix of both nostalgia and modern day. The Jelly Belly Holiday Favorites laydown bags will be available in 7.5-oz. bags and are scheduled to ship in August in 12-count cases.

  • Dum Dums introduces Hawaiian Punch flavors

    BRYAN, Ohio — Fans of Hawaiian punch will be able to get their fix in lollipop form this summer. Dum Dums announced Monday that it would be introducing two limited-edition Hawaiian Punch flavors, Fruit Juicy Red and Polar Blast.

    "Dum Dums is known for flavor variety and that brings an element of discovery to the brand experience," Spangler Candy Company's marketing director Evan Brock said. "Moms and kids will be excited to find these special flavors in their bags of Dum Dums this summer."

  • Essenza hand soap combines essential oils, moisturizers for soft skin

    KENT, Wash. — Olympic Mountain Products has developed a new line of hand soaps called Essenza, which is formulated with shea butter and essential oils to moisturize skin while fighting germs.

    Essenza is designed to eliminate oil-stripping propensity by incorporating a proprietary blend of essential oils, Shea butter and aloe into its formulation. As a result, it adds moisture during hand washing rather than taking it away, leaving skin as soft and supple, the manufacturer stated.  

  • Digiorno introduces customizable pizza

    SOLON, Ohio — Digiorno, a frozen pizza brand from Nestlé USA's portfolio, on Tuesday announced its new Design a Pizza kit, which allows consumers to customize pizzas to suit their personal preferences.

    The kit includes a full-size Digiorno cheese pizza with individually wrapped meats, vegetables, shredded cheese and a seasoning packet. It's available in three varieties: Pepperoni and Sausage with Peppers & Onions; Spinach, Tomato & Red Onion with Pepperoni; and Chicken, Green Peppers & Red Onions with Pepperoni.
