  • Gillette to launch brand's first body razor

    CINCINNATI — Procter & Gamble’s Gillette brand is launching in February its first razor designed for male body shaving.

  • Teva approved for new dose of Copaxone

    JERUSALEM — Teva Pharmaceutical Industries on Tuesday announced that the Food and Drug Administration approved its supplemental new drug application for three-times-a-week Copaxone in 40mg/mL. Daily Copaxone in 20mg/mL dosage will continue to be available.  

    Copaxone is administered to patients with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis. The new formulation will allow for a less frequent dosing regimen.

  • Snuggle and ‘all receive new additions

    WILTON, Conn. — Sun Products, a provider of household care products, has announced new additions to the Snuggle laundry brand, which includes Snuggle Scent Boosters, All Free Clear liquid fabric softener and dryer sheets, and All Mighty Pacs OXI.

     

  • Roxane announces telmisartan tablets

    COLUMBUS, OH — Roxane Labs announced the launch of telmisartan tablets USP. The product is available in unit dose packages of 30 tablets.

    Roxane Labs' telmisartan is the authorized generic of Micardis tablets from Boehringer Ingelheim. The product, which used to treat high blood pressure, is available for immediate shipment to wholesalers and pharmacies nationwide.

     

  • P&G's new Crest Be aims to offer 'unexpected experience'

    CINCINNATI — Procter & Gamble announced on Tuesday that it is launching a line of innovative, exciting flavors under a new brand that clearly is aiming to take some wind out of the sails of the upstart Hello brand.  

    The new Crest Be line of toothpastes combines unexpected flavors — Mint Chocolate Trek, Vanilla Mint Spark and Lime Spearmint Zest — with cavity protection, cleaning, fresh breath and whitening benefits.

  • Brookshire Grocery deploys Retail 20/20 to reduce shrink

    MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. — Agilence, a provider of cloud-based exception reporting solutions, has announced that Brookshire Grocery has deployed Retail 20/20 reporting to reduce shrink and improve in-store operations.

  • New Fiber One cereal hits grocery shelves

    MINNEAPOLIS — Fiber One wants to help consumers stick to their New Year's goals with the introduction of a new cereal, the company said.

    Fiber One launched Fiber One Protein, a granola cereal that's available in two flavors — Maple Brown Sugar and Cranberry Almond. Each serving of Fiber One Protein delivers 10g of protein when served with milk, as well as 20% of daily value of fiber.
