    PURCHASE, N.Y. — PepsiCo on Monday revealed details of the ads that will premiere during Super Bowl XLVI this weekend.

    Pepsi's 60-second "King's Court" ad will feature "The X Factor" winner Melanie Amaro singing for Grammy-winning music legend Sir Elton John who plays a "king of rock" in the commercial. Amaro will sing a contemporary version of "Respect," a song made famous by Aretha Franklin.

    ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Lady Speed Stick antiperspirant/deodorant is the title sponsor for the 2012 Women’s Half Marathon Series.

    The 2012 Lady Speed Stick Women’s Half Marathon Series consists of four events: Bloomington-Minneapolis, Minn. (Aug. 26); Nashville, (Sept. 22); Scottsdale-Tempe, Ariz. (Nov. 4) and St. Petersburg, Fla. (Nov. 18). The series, along with a companion 5k, should host more than 25,000 runners and walkers this year.

  • Partnership extensions announced by MillerCoors, NASCAR and Penske Racing

    CHARLOTTE, N.C. — MillerCoors has extended its partnerships with NASCAR and Penske Racing for two of MillerCoors' brands.

    MillerCoors said Coors Light will continue to serve as the official beer of NASCAR. The brand started its official sponsorship with NASCAR in 2008 after a 14-year run as the primary sponsor of the No. 40 car. Meanwhile, Miller Lite will continue serving as the as the season-long primary sponsor of Penske Racing’s No. 2 Dodge, driven by driver Brad Keselowski, MillerCoors said.
