    WOONSOCKET, R.I. — CVS Health is moving into year four of its fundraising campaign to raise money for Stand Up To Cancer. The company on Monday announced the latest effort, taking place Oct. 29 through Nov. 19  at CVS Pharmacy location nationwide, allowing customers to donate $1, $3 or more at checkout or online.

  • Febreze ONE marks additional retail launching with commercial

    CINCINNATI — After a limited launch at select retailers, Procter & Gamble is launching Febreze ONE in additional retail stores nationwide. To celebrate the launch, the company will be debuting a nationally televised commercial titled “Run,” which takes aim at the lengths to which consumers go to avoid overwhelming scents and sprays in a humorous light.

  • Crossmark inks preferred service provider agreement with Walmart

    PLANO, Texas — As Walmart looks to centralize its merchandising activity planning process and establish standard operating procedures for in-store service providers, it has named sales and marketing company Crossmark as one of its preferred service providers. With the selection, Crossmark is one of five companies that can execute merchandising activity on behalf of suppliers in nearly 5,000 U.S. Walmart locations.

  • Albertsons to match donations helping communities impacted by wildfires

    PLEASANTON, Calif. — The Albertsons Companies Foundation announced Wednesday an in-store fundraiser to help people and communities affected by the California wildfires. Safeway, Vons, Pavilions and Albertsons stores in California and Northern Nevada are raising money to help disaster relief organizations including the Red Cross to prepare for, respond to and help people recover from these fires.

    The Albertsons Companies Foundation will match customer donations up to $500,000.  

  • ShopRite partners with Pantene for its Care Beyond Hair Tour

    KEASBEY, N.J. — ShopRite on Tuesday partnered with Pantene for its Care Beyond Hair Tour, exclusively at ShopRite, to donate hair and raise funds for Pantene Beautiful Lengths Fund, a program created in partnership with the American Cancer Society to provide free, real-hair wigs to women who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment.
