  • Avanti Press debuts new cards in time for summer

    DETROIT — Avanti Press recently launched 28 new greeting card designs at the 2012 National Stationery Show in New York.

    Combining its Avanti photographic humor brand with its illustrated companion, A*Press, the new cards "satisfy a wide spectrum of sending needs," Avanti's VP business development Marc Trobman said. Avanti Press has rolled out 18 fun-flavored cards celebrating the "grills, thrills and spills of summer," while nine new cards debuted under the A*Press brand for the birthday, anniversary and support categories.

  • Jelly Belly to launch pie candy dishes

    FAIRFIELD, Calif. — Jelly Belly is set to launch a new line of candy dishes.

    Jelly Belly pie candy dishes are made of ceramic and have a classic lattice-patterned crust lid with a Jelly Belly jelly bean "fruit-filling"” peeking out from under it. Each Jelly Belly pie candy dish comes with a 2-oz. starter bag of Jelly Belly jelly beans in the dish's corresponding flavor. The dish itself can hold up to 4 oz. of Jelly Belly beans, so it can be refilled with favorite flavors.

    DALLAS — Kimberly-Clark has partnered with Marvel Entertainment to bring the latter’s Spider-Man character to GoodNites underwear.

    Marking the first use of licensed characters by the GoodNites brand, the underwear for boys will feature graphics of the famed web-crawler for a limited time beginning this month.

  • Huggies, Armed Services YMCA donate diapers to U.S. military families

    DALLAS — Huggies has donated 5 million of its Huggies Little Movers camo diapers to families of those who serve to protect our country, reaching every branch of the U.S. military.

    To support the donation, the Huggies brand is partnering with the Armed Services YMCA, a military nonprofit organization that makes military life easier with free programs and services to enlisted military and their families nationwide.
