Beauty retailer on fast track

The fast-growing NYX Cosmetics has opened a store at Brea Mall in Brea, Calif.



The Los Angeles-based cosmetics brand opened its first brick-and-mortar location in 2015. It currently operate 23 locations throughout the United States.



Menemsha Solutions provided both architecture and construction for the new store. 



The space was demolished and rebuilt to reflect NYX’s signature look, and features such iconic elements as a brick veneer wall-cover, porcelain and granite floor-coverings, a McNichols open ceiling, and millwork throughout. The walls are covered with Custom ColorEdge graphics.



The audio system (from PlayNetwork) and video monitors engage customers while highlighting NYX’s products.



A new storefront facade and bulkhead framing with custom, powder-coated, metal cladding were added along with a new security grille. Menemsha handled all purchasing, coordinating, and installation of vendor furniture, fixtures, audio and video equipment and also provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services.
