  • Energizer Personal Care, The Skin Cancer Foundation aim to encourage sun safety among men

    SHELTON, Conn. — Energizer Personal Care, which makes Banana Boat and Hawaiian Tropic brand sunscreens, has teamed up with the Skin Cancer Foundation to launch a public awareness campaign featuring Los Angeles Galaxy and Team USA soccer player Landon Donovan.

    The awareness campaign is the second part of a two-year effort aimed at encouraging men to incorporate sun protection into their daily lives.

    MIAMI LAKES, Fla. — Fuse Science on Thursday announced extended distribution for its PowerFuse and ElectroFuse energy drops across select Walgreens stores in the Ponte Verde, Fla., market for the Players Championship Tournament. Point-of-purchase displays feature NFL's Arian Foster and David Ortiz of MLB's Boston Red Sox. 

    The Fuse Science distribution strategy is focused on rolling out product lines within Walgreens locations situated near select PGA tournaments around the country up until, and including, the 2013 U.S. Open in June.

    HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. — Mars Chocolate, the makers of Snickers brand candy, announced today that the company is teaming up with jockey Rosie Napravnik as she attempts to make history in this weekend's Kentucky Derby race.

    Mars Chocolate North America officially partnered with Rosie by announcing Snickers will give away 1 million Snickers Bites — which are unwrapped, bite-sized versions of the candy bar — if she wins the famous race on May 4.
