    RANCHO SANTA FE, Calif. ResVez on Tuesday announced its sponsorship of the Tasty Awards — a broadcast awards show recognizing the year's best achievements in food and fashion programs on TV, in film and online — making its WineTime bar the “official gourmet nutrition bar.”

    HOUSTON Procter & Gamble's Downy brand has brought a popular Hispanic traditional activity to the Children's Museum of Houston.

    In partnership with the museum, Downy is bringing to life the Whimsical World of Sheet Castle display. The fabric sheet castles, which help put children's imaginations at play, are made with Downy dryer sheets and feature the brand's newest scent, Ultra Downy sun blossom.

  • Lion Brewery cans it

    CHICAGO Three of Lion Brewery's beers now will be available in cans.

    Lionshead and Lionshead Light now are available in 12-oz. and 16-oz. aluminum cans, and Stegmaier Gold is on the market in 16-oz. cans, all of which are supplied by Rexam. The beers previously were only offered in glass bottles.

  • Curtis thinks 'Tink' with new magazine for kids

    NEW MILFORD, N.J. Worldwide periodicals distributor Curtis has launched a new magazine for kids based on beloved Disney character Tinker Bell.

    Disney For Kids: Tinker Bell includes an extended-length story of Tinker Bell, an activity workbook, pull-out posters, crafts and more. The magazine will retail for $4.99 per issue.

    In related news, Curtis last month announced it would publish a bimonthly publication for the new Disney film "Tangled."
