    BENTONVILLE, Ark. -- With its recent acquisition of Jet.com, a commitment to growing its online grocery business with a convenient grocery pickup option and an extensive investment against delivering a seamless digital shopping experience, Walmart is once again flipping the script on what it means to compete for America's shopping dollar.

    The company's investment in grocery pick-up services represents the cover of that new script - and Walmart is expanding that service to 600 stores this year and 500 stores next year.

  • CVS Health expands access to non-prescription naloxone to five additional states

    WOONSOCKET, R.I. - CVS Health on Thursday announced it has expanded access to the opioid overdose-reversal drug naloxone in Alabama, Alaska, Illinois, Missouri and West Virginia, allowing CVS Pharmacy patients to access the medication without an individual prescription.  

    In total, CVS Pharmacy patients in 36 states now have increased access to the opioid overdose-reversal drug.

  • CVS Health approves quarterly dividend

    WOONSOCKET, R.I. - CVS Health on Thursday announced that its board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend of 42.5 cents per share on the corporation's common stock.

    The dividend represents a 21.4% increase as compared to the quarterly dividend of 35 cents per share approved one year ago.

    The dividend is payable on Nov. 3, 2016, to holders of record on Oct. 24, 2016.

  • CVS Health expands Curbside pick-up service to 4,000 locations

    WOONSOCKET, R.I. —  CVS Health will be offering curbside pickup through its partnership with Curbside at more than 4,000 locations beginning Monday, following a successful pilot launch across  San Francisco, Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, according to reports.
