  • Latest J.D. Power survey reveals the two traits all good pharmacies have in common

    COSTA MESA, Calif. — High customer satisfaction with both mail order and brick and mortar pharmacies is reflective of an increased focus on customers and the growing trend of clinics being added to pharmacies, according to the J.D. Power 2016 U.S. Pharmacy Study, released Monday.

    Having prescriptions delivered by mail is convenient and cost effective and more customers appear to be turning to that method of delivery. At the same time, however, customers choosing to visit a pharmacy are often finding more available wellness services being provided.

    COLUMBIA, S.C.— Sam’s Club on Thursday opened its newest location here Thursday, July 21, featuring one of the first Sam’s Clubs in the country to offer the convenience of Scan & Go shopping.

    The mobile app makes members’ checkout process faster and more convenient by being able to scan UPC codes on items as they load them into their cart. When they are done shopping and ready to check out, they can pay directly on their phone from anywhere in the club and bypass the checkout line.
