ARLINGTON, Va. — Food Marketing Institute and Matrix Group, a digital agency specializing in e-marketing, on Thursday announced the release of a new animated video as part of the trade association’s "Supermarket Facts Video Series."

NEW YORK — Lebhar-Friedman Publishing, in collaboration with Walgreens, on Friday announced the launch of Discover Beauty Within, the first exclusive, beauty publication for the mass retailer. The quarterly publication will make its nationwide debut at the end of March at all Walgreens (except in Puerto Rico) and Duane Reade drug stores.

MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Brewers on Friday announced a multi-year partnership with Meijer that begins this season. The partnership will include branding on both the right-center and left-center field walls at Miller Park. Additional advertising will also be featured on the official website of the Brewers, Brewers.com.  

This is the first sports partnership in Wisconsin for Meijer as the store plans on opening its first Wisconsin stores next year. The retailer currently has more than 200 locations in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.

NEW YORK — For millennials, that oft-discussed age group born sometime in the range of the early 1980s to the early 2000s, social media is more than just a tool to share — they're also using it to make purchasing decisions. Teen Vogue, a Conde Nast publication, shared details of its recent "Seeing Social" survey, which explores the role that social media plays in the decision-making process in beauty and fashion purchases.

DEERFIELD, Ill. — Walgreens is expanding the distribution of its Boots' No7 beauty brand across its New York City store base, Greg Wasson, president and CEO Walgreens, told analysts Tuesday morning. "We completed the rollout to 10 stores in February and plan to reach 150 stores in the City," Wasson said. 

LOS ANGELES — As the March 31 enrollment deadline draws near, CVS/pharmacy and Ralphs grocery chain have inked deals with the Covered California exchange to promote the healthcare law inside their retail outlets, the Los Angeles Times has reported.
